Returns
We want every order to be handled clearly, fairly and carefully.
If an issue occurs with an order, the customer should contact support as soon as possible. Each request is reviewed based on the order information, product type and situation.
For non-custom products, consumers may generally withdraw within 14 days after receiving the order.
Products made according to customer specifications, including artworks based on a logo, photo, provided visual, name, text or specific request, cannot be returned for a simple change of mind.
This limitation does not apply in case of confirmed defect or error from our side.
If a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact us as soon as possible and provide:

Return costs may vary depending on the reason for return, product type and applicable law. In case of confirmed defect or error from our side, an appropriate solution will be offered.
After receipt, the product will be checked. If the return is accepted, the appropriate solution will be confirmed: replacement, repair, credit or refund.
Refunds are made through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
A product damaged through improper use, an incomplete product or a personalized product without defect may be refused.
