These terms govern orders, payments, delivery, returns and use of the MARODECO website.

MARODECO sells premium wall art, decorative wall pieces and models with optional LED effects. Product details are presented on each product page: visual, size, finish, LED options and available variants.
Product images are used for presentation. Slight differences in color, brightness or light effect may occur depending on screen settings, room environment, wall color and selected options.
Prices are displayed in the relevant market currency. Shipping fees, options and additional services are shown before order confirmation.
By confirming an order, the customer accepts these terms. After confirmation, the customer receives an order confirmation by email or through available communication channels.
MARODECO may refuse or cancel an order in case of payment issue, obvious pricing error, suspected misuse or incomplete information.
Payments are securely processed through the payment methods available on the website, including card or PayPal depending on the market.
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation, unless a specific payment method is expressly available.
Each artwork is carefully prepared. Some products are made to order, checked, protected and then shipped.
The estimated delivery time is 8 to 12 business days. This includes preparation, quality check, packaging and shipping.
Delivery times may vary depending on country, season, product options, address or carrier constraints. In case of delay, MARODECO will inform the customer whenever possible.
The customer should check the parcel condition upon delivery. In case of visible damage, the customer should notify the carrier where possible and keep photos of the packaging and product.
For non-custom products, consumers may generally withdraw within 14 days after receiving the order.
Personalized products made according to customer specifications, including artworks based on a logo, photo, provided visual, name, text or specific request, cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal, except in case of confirmed defect or error from our side.
Returns must be requested through customer support before being sent back. The product must be clean, complete and returned preferably in its original packaging.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must contact support as soon as possible with the order number, photos of the product and photos of the packaging.
The customer’s legal rights remain unaffected. In case of a confirmed defect, an appropriate solution may be offered depending on the situation: repair, replacement, credit or refund.
Website content, images, texts, designs, logos, product visuals and graphic elements are protected. Any unauthorized use, copy or distribution is prohibited.
When the customer provides a logo, photo or visual, they confirm they have the necessary rights to use it. MARODECO may refuse a request containing illegal, protected or inappropriate content.
